Returns and Refunds

All purchases made through The Healthy Soul Collective are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or find the product cheaper elsewhere.

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item you purchase is:

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival,
  • Significantly different from the description or sample shown, or
  • Not fit for purpose as described.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at thehealthysoulcollective@gmail.com, with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday–Friday) of purchase. You can choose from:

  • Standard Shipping — estimated 3–8 business days within Australia
  • Express Shipping — estimated 1–3 business days within Australia

We use a trusted delivery partner such as Australia Post. Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Please note that once your order has been shipped and tracking provided, we are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit.
If your parcel is shown as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly to lodge an enquiry.

Unattended Deliveries

If you choose “safe drop” or provide authority to leave the parcel unattended, The Healthy Soul Collective is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery is confirmed.
